Account and campaign build

Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns for companies that need the spend to come back as enquiries or orders. The people running the ads also own the page the ad points at, so a weak page gets changed rather than reported.
For companies with something to sell now, a page worth sending traffic to and someone able to answer enquiries the same day. Paid media will not make up for a product nobody has bought yet, it will only find out faster that nobody wants it.
Campaign structure, audiences, a negative keyword list and conversion actions, set up inside your own ad accounts before any budget goes live.
Vertical video for TikTok and Reels, static and carousel for the Facebook feed, and search ads written per ad group instead of one set reused everywhere.
The page the ad points at is ours to build and change, so a conversion problem gets fixed in the template rather than written up and handed to someone else.
What each campaign has to reach to keep its budget, agreed before launch, and what we switch off if it does not.
Saved replies for the questions that always arrive, a moderation routine for the comment thread, and a routing rule so a Messenger enquiry is not read the next morning.
Spend against enquiries and orders for each campaign, with the platform's numbers and your own sales records side by side rather than blended into one figure.
On Philippine paid social the comments under the ad are a public sales channel. People ask the price there, ask whether you deliver to their province, tag three friends and answer each other, sometimes wrongly, and all of that is visible to everyone the ad reaches next. An unanswered price question sitting at the top of the comments will quietly cost you more than a mediocre headline ever did, so moderation and a prepared set of answers belong in the campaign plan alongside the creative. The other local mechanic is cash on delivery. A purchase event fires when the order is placed, but the money only exists if the parcel is accepted at the door, so a campaign optimised on that event alone will learn to buy the customers most likely to refuse it.
There is no useful universal figure, because it depends on what a customer is worth to you and how many enquiries you can handle in a week. The practical floor is a budget that buys enough conversions for the platforms to learn from, over enough weeks to show a pattern. We work that out from your average order value and margin before recommending anything, and if the maths does not work that conversation happens before any budget is committed.
Google captures demand that already exists: people typing in what you sell. Meta and TikTok create demand among people who were not looking for you. If your category is one people search for, start on search and add social once the numbers hold. If nobody knows the category exists yet, that order reverses.
Yes, and for many Philippine businesses that is the better answer, because people would rather ask a question in a thread than fill in a form. The trade is that the conversation lives inside Meta and your own customer data is thinner, so we usually run both and compare the cost per real enquiry. Either way someone on your side has to reply quickly: a thread left until the next morning has already cost you the click you paid for.
You do. We work inside your Meta Business Manager and your Google Ads account with our own access, so the history, the audiences and the conversion data stay with you. If we stop working together you remove our access and nothing has to be rebuilt.
It changes what we optimise towards. Where the platform allows it we feed delivered orders back as the conversion, so the algorithm learns from parcels that were actually accepted rather than from orders that were merely placed. Where it does not, we track cost per delivered order alongside the platform's own number, and the gap between those two figures is usually the most useful thing in the report.
Tell us what you are building and we will tell you honestly how we would approach it.
